Aap nay pichli tehreer mein jana keh Islam se pehlay kis terhan aurton par zulm kiya jata tha. Magar jab hamaray Rasool Hazrat Muhammad e Mustafa ﷺ khuda ki taraf sey “deen e Islam” le kar tashreef laaye to duniya bhar ki satayi hui aurton ki qismat ka sitara chamak utha.
Aur Islam ki badolat zalim mardon ke zulm o sitam se kuchli aur rondi hui aurton ka darja is qader buland o baala ho gaya keh ebadaat o mamlaat balkay zindagi aur mout ke har marhala aur har mourr par aurtain mardon ke dosh badosh kharri ho gayeen aur mardon ki barabari ke darja par pohanch gayeen.
Mardon ki terhan aurton ke bhi haqooq muqarrar ho gaye. Aur un ke haqooq ki hifazat ke liye khuda wandi qanoon aasman se nazil ho gaye aur un ke haqooq dilanay ke liye Islami qanoon ki matehti mein adalten qaim ho gayen.
Aurton ko malikana haqooq haasil ho gaye. Chunancha aurtain apne mahar ki raqmon, apni tijarton, apni jaidadon ki maalik bana di gayeen. Aur apne maan baap, bhai behan aulaad aur shohar ki meerason ki waris qarar di gayeen. Gharz woh aurtain jo mardon ki jootion se ziyada zaleel o khawar aur intahi majboor o lachaar theen woh mardon ke dilon ka sukoon aur un ke gharon ki malka ban gayen chunancha Quran Majeed ney saaf saaf lafzon mein elaan ferma diya keh.
”Allah ney tumharay liye tumhari jins se biwiyan peda kar den taakay tumhen un se taskeen haasil ho aur os ney tumharay darmiyan mohabbat o shafqat peda kar di.”[1]P, 21, Room : 21
Mojuda Soorat e Haal
Ab koi mard bilaa wajah nah aurton ko maar pait sakta hai nah un ko gharon se nikaal sakta hai. Aur nah koi un ke maal o asbaab ya jaydadon ko cheen sakta hai. Balkeh har mard mazhabi tor par aurton ke haqooq ada karne par majboor hai. Chunancha khudawand e Quddoos ne Quran e Majeed mein farmaya keh.
“Aurton aur mardon par aisay hi haqooq hain jaisay mardon ke aurton par achay sulooq ke sath.”[2]Parah 2, Al-baqrah : 228
Aur mard ke liye farmaan jari farma diya keh
”Aur achay sulooq se aurton ke sath zindagi basar karo.” [3]Parah 4, Al-Nisaa : 19
Khushaal Zindagi ka Raaz
Tamam duniya dekh le keh deen e Islam ney miyan biwi ki ijtimai zindagi ki sadarat agarchay mard ko ataa farmai hai aur mardon ko aurton par haakim bana diya hai taa keh nizaam e khanah daari mein agar koi barri mushkil aan parre to mard apni khudadad taaqat o salahiyat se os mushkil ko hal kar day.
Lekin is ke sath sath jahan mardon ke kuch haqooq aurton par wajib kar diye hain. Wahan aurton ke bhi kuch haqooq mardon par lazim thehra diye gaye hain. Es liye aurat aur mard dono aik dosray ke haqooq mein jakrray hue hain. Taakeh dono aik dosray ke haqooq ko ada kar ke apni ijtimai zindagi ko shadmani o musarrat ki jannat bana den. Aur nifaq o Shaqqaq aur larai jhagrron ke jahannum se hamesha ke liye azad ho jayen.
Aurton ko darjaat o Maratib ki itni buland manzilon par pohancha dena yeh Huzoor Nabi e Rehmat ﷺ ka woh ehsaan e azeem hai keh tamam duniya ki aurtain agar apni zindagi ki aakhri saans tak is ehsaan ka shukriya ada karti rahen phir bhi woh is azeem o shaan ehsaan ki shukar guzari ke farz se sabkdosh nahi ho sakteen. سبحان اللہ! Tamam duniya ke mohsin e azam Huzoor Nabi e Akram ﷺ ki shaan e rehmat ka kya kehna?
Woh Nabiyon mein rehmat laqab panay wala
Muraden ghareebon ki Bar laane wala
Museebat mein gheiron ke kaam anay wala
Woh apne paraye ka gham khanay wala
Faqeeron ka mava zaeefon ka malja
Yatimon ka wali ghulamon ka Mola
