Hamary muashray mein aisay afraad ki bhi kami nahi hai jo ilm e deen se be behra honay ke bawajoud deeni masail mein raye zani ko apna haq tasawwur karte hain. Aur logon ko ghalat masail bataney mein zara jhijhak mehsoos nahi karty. Halan keh Mualim e Azam nay farmaya,” Jo baghair ilm ke Fatwa day, os par zameen o aasman ke farishtay laanat karte hain.”

Imam e Ahl e Sunnat Ashah Ahmed Raza Khan علیہ رحمۃ الرحمن farmaty hain :” Jaahil par sakht haraam hai keh fatwa day.”

Fatwa Naveesi aur hum
Wo ahbab zarur ghor farmaien jo chand dunyavi kitaben parh leny ke bad khud ko mufti e azam samajh bethty hen. Halan keh Fatwa naveesi karna ko aam baat nahi hai. Bhaly hi hum ne apne hisab sey PHD, MPHILL aur bari bari digreean hi kyun na kar rakhi hon. Jab tak hum deen ka ilm os tarah hasil na karen jis tarah esko hasil karne ka haq hai tab tak hum fatwa dena aur baat baat par deeni behsen karna eska ikhtiyar nahi rakhty. Maslan
Misal ke tor par ek agriculture wala wo medical key bary mein aur medical wala agriculture ke bary mein apni raay qaim nahi kar saka jab tak wo khud os shoby sey taluk na rakhta ho. Esi tarah har shoby ki yehi misal hai.
Ab misal ke tor par ek darzi kahy hen mujhe kanchi chalani aati hai lihaza aaj sey main hospital ja kar operation karun ga to usko aap kya naam den gey.?
Jab kisi aur shoby sey taluk rakhne wala kisi dusry shoby key bary mein apni raay qaim nahi kar sakta to Deen ke mamly mein aesa kyun hai keh jiska bhi dil kary wo apne aqal ke mutabiq jo chahy bolta rahy kyun???
Hamen chahiye keh hum apni zubanon ko qabu mein rakhen. Kahen aesa na ho keh hamari zaban sey aesy kalmat nikal jaien jo hamary sary aamal barbad kar den aur hamen pata bhi na chalay. Aur jab bhi hamen koi Deeni masla darpesh ho to hamen chahye keh hum Saheh ul Aqeeda Mufti e Islam sey raju karen.
Allah Pak hamein is hawalay se bhi apni zabaan ki hifazat karne ki tofeq ataa farmaye. Amen
