Jhoot bolna gunah e kabira hai aur es sey morad yeh hai ke koi baat waqay [1] haqeeqat ke bar aks kahi jaye. maslan kisi ny poocha : kya aap dopehar mein soye they? aur aap ny nah sonay ke bawajood jawab diya : ‘ Jee haan, soya tha.’ [2]حدیقہ ندیہ ،ج۲،ص ۴۰۰
Jhoot se mana karte hue Allah تعالیٰ ney irshad farmaya :
Tarjma e kanz ul Eman : “Aur bacho jhooti baat se aik Allah ke ho kar.” [3]پ۱۷،الحج:۳۰،۳۱
Momanat ke bawajood zabaan ki is aafat se nah bachney walon ko azaab ki waeed sunaate hue irshad farmaya :
Huzoor ﷺ ka Farman
Jab key Huzoor ﷺ ney irshad farmaya :
“Main ney dekha ke goya 1 shakhs mere paas aaya aur mujh se kaha : “uthiye” main uth kar os ke sath chal diya. Achanak main ney dekha ke 2 aadmi they un mein se aik khara hua tha jab key dusra betha hua tha, Jo khara tha os ke haath mein aik lakri thi jis ke agay loha laga hua tha, woh usay baithy hue aadmi ki aik bach mein daal kar khinchta hatta ke woh os ke kandhay tak aa jati phir woh usay wapas khinchta aur dusray bach mein daal kar isi tarhan khinchta phir jab usay wapas khinchta to woh wapas apni jagah ajati.
Main ne le jaany walay se pucha ke yeh kon hai? to os ne jawab diya ke yeh jhoot bolnay wala shakhs hai usay qayamat tak qabar mein azab diya jata rahay ga.”

Muzammat e Jhoot
Jhoot ki muzammat karte hue Aap ﷺ ney irshad farmaya :
“Jhoot, insaan ko ruswa kar deta hai aur chughli aazab e qabar ka sabab banti hai.”

“Jab banda jhoot boltaa hai to farishta os ki badu se ek meel dour ho jata hai.”

“Sach bolna neki hai aur neki Jannat mein le jati hai aur jhoot bolna fisq o Fajoor hai aur fisq o Fajoor dozakh mein le jata hai.”

Piyary Musalman bhaio!
Sad afsos ke aaj kasrat se jhoot bolnay ko kamaal aur taraqqi ki alamat aur sach ko be waqoofi aur taraqqi mein rukawat tasavur kya jata hai. Balkay baaz auqaat to mazmoom maqasid ke liye jhooti qasam uthany se bhi daregh nahi kya jata. Yaad rkhye ke yeh bhi gunah e kabira hai jaissa ke Hazrat e sayaduna Ibn Umar رضی اللہ عنہ se marvi hai keh Nabi Akram ﷺ ney farmaya : “Kabira gunah 3 hen, Shirk, Walidain ki nafarmani, Jhooti qasam aur kisi ko qatal karna.”

Aur Hazrat syeduna Abbu Umama رضی اللہ عنہ sey riwayat hai keh Huzoor ﷺ ney farmaya : “Jo apni qasam ke zariye kisi musalman ka haq cheney to Allah us par jahannum ko wajib aur Jannat ko haraam kar day ga.” Sahaba ney arz kiya : “Ya Rasool Allah ﷺ! Agar woh mamooli
shey ho to ?” farmaya : “Agarcheh lobaan hi ho.”

Kamyabi
Jhoot bolney wala duniya mein chahay kitni hi kamiyabiyan samait le, akhirat mein usay khasaray ka saamna karna parre ga. Aur khasara e akhirat se barh kar insan ke liye koi musebat nahi hai. Lihaza! humein chahiye ke apni zuban ko jhoot bolney se mehfooz rakhen lekin yaad rahey ke 3 maqamat par zarurat ke sabab jhoot bolney ki Shariat ki janib se rukhsat bhi di gayi hai jaisa keh Hazrat sayadutana umm e Kulsoum رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنھا farmati hen keh main ney Sarkar e Madina ﷺ ko bazahir ghalat bayani ki ijazat dete hue nahi suna siwaye 3 maqamat ke, chunacheh Aap ﷺ ney farmaya :
- “Main os shakhs ko jhoota shumaar nahi karta jo logon ke darmiyan sulah kurwaye aur aesi baat kahe jis ka maqsad sirf islaah ho,
- Aur woh aadmi jo jung ke douran koi baat kahe,
- Aur aadmi apni biwi se kuch kahe ya biwi apne khawand se kuch kahe.”

3 Mqamat Jahan Jhoot bolne ki rukhsat hai
Mufti Muhammad Amjad Ali Aazmi علیہ الرحمۃ likhte hen :
“3 suraton mein jhoot bolna jaiz hai yani es mein gunah nahi, Ek jung ki surat mein ke yahan apne muqabil ko dhoka dena jaaiz hai, Esi tarhan zalim jab zulm karna chahta hai to us ke zulm se bachney ke liye bhi jaaiz hai, dusri surat yeh hai keh 2 musalmanon mein ikhtilaaf hai aur yeh un dono mein sulah karwana chahta hai.
Maslan aik ke samnay yeh kehta hai ke woh tumhen acha janta hai aur tumhare tareef karta tha, us ney tumhen salam kehla bheja hai aur dusray ke paas bhi esi qisam ki baatain kary taa keh dono mein adawat kam ho jaye aur sulah ho jay aur teesri surat yeh hai ke biwi ko khush karne ke liye koi baat khilaf e waqeh keh day.”

Masla:
Agar sach bolney mein fasaad peda hota ho to es surat mein bhi jhoot bolna jaiz hai. Aur agar jhoot bolney mein fasaad hota ho to haram hai. Aur shak ho ke maloom nahi ke sach bolney mein fasaad hoga ya jhoot bolney mein hoga jab bhi jhoot bolna haraam hai.

Masla:
Baaz suraton mein kizb wajib hai. Jaise kisi be gunah ko zalim shakhs qatal karna chahta hai ya eeza [14] yani taklef dena chahta hai, woh dar se chhupa hua hai. Zalim ne kisi se daryaft kiya ke woh kahan hai to yeh keh sakta hai ke “mujhe nahi maloom,” agarcheh jaanta ho, ya kisi ki amanat es ke paas hai, koi usay cheenna chahta hai aur es se puchta hai ke amanat kahan hai? To yeh inkaar kar sakta hai ke mery paas us ki amanat nahi hai.

Masla:
Jis qisam ke mubaligha ka aadatan rivaaj hai, log usay mubaligha par hi mahmul karty hen. Us ke haqeeqi mani murad nahi lety. Wo jhoot mein dakhil nahi maslan yeh kaha ke ‘Main tumahray paas hazar martaba aaya ya hazaar martaba mein ne tum se kaha.’ Yahan hazaar ka Adad murad nahi. Balkeh kai martaba aana aur kehna murad hai. Lekin yeh lafz aesy mauqa par nahi bola jaye ga ke aik hi martaba aaya ho ya aik hi martaba kaha ho. Aur agar aik martaba aaya aur yeh keh diya ke main hazar martaba aaya to jhoot hai. [16] bahhar Shariat , hissa ۱۶, masla number ?, ص۶۳۸
