Mard ka jamaat ke sath namaz ada karna wajib hai.[1]Durr e Mukhtar, Radd ul Mukhtaar, Jild 2, Page 34 Baghair kisi ozer ke agar aik baar bhi woh ghar mein namaz ada karta hai to Namaz ki farziat to ada ho jaye gi, Lekin usay jamaat chorney ka gunah miley ga. Namaz dohranay ki haajat nahi magar bila waja jamaat tark karne ka gunah bhi miley ga aur 27 namazon jitna sawab haasil karne se bhi mehroomi rahay gi.[2]Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadees 645
Phir agar koi sakht ozer hai to ghar mein Namaz ada kar sakta hai. Lekin woh tab hi hai keh waqai ozer ho. Aesa nahi keh namaz ki farziat ghar mein ada ho jati hai to baghair kisi ozer ke parhte rahen. (معاذاللہ) Aur gharon mein namaz ada karne walon ke baray mein to Piyary Aaqa ﷺ ne sakht alfaaz irshad farmaiye hain. Gharon ko jalanay tak jitni narazgi ka izhaar farmaya. Jamaat chorney ke ozer
1. Mareez jisay masjid tak jane mein mushaqqat ho.
2. Apahij.
3. Jis ka paon kat gaya ho.
4. Jis par faalij gira ho.
5. Itna boorha ke masjid tak jane se aajiz hai.
6. Andha, Agarchay andhay ke liye koi aisa ho jo haath pakar kar masjid tak pouncha day.
7. Sakht barish aur
8. Shadeed keechar ka haail hona.
9. Sakht sardi.
10. Sakht andhera.
11. Aandhi.
12. Maal ya khanay ke talaf (Zaya) honay ka andesha.
13. Qarz khuwa ka khauf hai aur yeh tang dast hai.
14. Zalim ka khauf.
15. Pakhana.
16. Pishaab.
17. Reah ki haajat shadeed hai.
18. Khana haazir hai aur nafs ko oski khwahish ho.
19. Qaafla chalay jane ka andesha hai.

Yeh to farz namaz ka hukum tha. Jabkay Nafil namaz ke liye khud Shariat ne hukum diya hai keh gharon mein ada karo aur gharon ko qabaristan mat banaao.[5]Sunan Abu Dawood, Hadees 1043
